Order Processing Time

About Cancelling Orders

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can help you cancel your order. If you have completed the payment but the goods have not been shipped, you can still cancel the order before the goods are delivered and we will refund you the full amount. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
